What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Weather cancellations will be refunded or rescheduled.

Is there a weight limit?

Yes, weight limits vary by aircraft and may affect seating arrangements. Please provide accurate passenger weights when booking.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Alaska weather is unpredictable. Flights may be delayed or rescheduled for safety reasons. There is no charge for weather-related cancellations.
